Can I run different VIP modes for different brands?
Yes. VIP Loyalty is multi-tenant. Each brand has its own mode configuration, tiers, and perks. Run XP Leveling on your crypto brand and Manual mode on your high-roller brand on the same deployment.
Can I switch modes after launch?
Yes. Mode changes affect how new players progress, not how existing players are tiered. Existing tier assignments stay in place until they expire or are manually changed.
How do XP rates work across game categories?
You configure XP per dollar wagered separately for each game category and optionally per provider. Add a minimum bet threshold to prevent penny-bet farming. Multiplier events stack on top.
What stops players from depositing huge amounts to climb tiers fast and then withdrawing?
