Part of the iPlatform product family

Kiosk System iKiosk (7E) Built for agent-led distribution.

Kiosk System is iPlatform's terminal for operators running an agent network. A back-office where master agents manage their downline of agents, agents onboard and serve players, and the platform tracks every transaction down to the last cent. Designed for the retail-and-cash distribution models that still dominate large parts of iGaming.

What's included

Everything an agent network needs to operate.

Kiosk System maps directly onto how agent-led iGaming actually works. No forcing a retail model into web-only software.

Multi-tier hierarchy

Configurable hierarchy with multiple agent levels — master agent, regional agents, sub-agents, and players. Each level has its own permissions, dashboards, and reporting scope. Win/loss rolls up the tree automatically, no matter how deep your network goes.

Agent-mediated player creation

Agents open new player accounts directly. KYC documentation can be collected in person and uploaded to the platform. Players can play immediately after deposit.

Cash-in / cash-out workflows

Agents process deposits and withdrawals in cash, recording each transaction in the system. Player balances update in real time. Cash reconciliation reports run nightly.

Per-agent dashboards

Each agent sees their downline performance — active players, GGR, deposits, withdrawals — in a clean dashboard. Master agents see the whole tree.

Branch performance reports

Win/loss reports by agent, by branch, by region, by time period. Configurable schedules (daily/weekly/monthly). Exportable to CSV.

Player history at a glance

Agents see each player's full activity — last login, recent deposits, current balance, lifetime GGR. Useful for personal-relationship-driven retention.

How it works

How the agent network operates with Kiosk System.

STEP 01

Master agent creates agents

Master agent logs into Kiosk System and creates agent accounts. Each agent is assigned permissions and a commission structure.

STEP 02

Agent onboards players

Agent meets players in person or online, opens accounts via Kiosk System, collects KYC if required, and processes the first deposit.

STEP 03

Players play across channels

Once registered through an agent, players can play via Casino Platform, Telegram Casino, or visit the kiosk terminal directly. All activity rolls up to their agent.

STEP 04

Daily reconciliation

Agents reconcile cash deposits and withdrawals at end of day. Win/loss reports run automatically. Master agent reviews and approves payouts to agents.

Who it's for

Built for three operator profiles.

Profile 01

The retail-network operator

You run physical kiosks, betting shops, or have agents working in person with players. Kiosk System is the only iGaming back-office designed specifically for this model.

Profile 02

The regional aggregator

You manage agents across multiple cities or countries who in turn manage local players. Kiosk System's hierarchy and rollup reports give you full visibility without micro-management.

Profile 03

The 7E-style operator

You operate convenience-store-adjacent or community-touchpoint distribution. Kiosk System integrates with terminal hardware (ticket printing, cash handling, ID scanning) for production deployments.

FAQ

Common questions about Kiosk System.

What hardware is required for Kiosk System?

Kiosk System runs entirely in the browser, so any standard PC, tablet, or kiosk terminal with a modern browser works. For physical kiosks, we support common terminal hardware (ticket printers, cash handling, ID scanners) via standard integration patterns.

Can players play directly from the kiosk, or only through agents?

Both. Some operators run kiosks as agent-only (agent processes everything for the player). Others run them as self-service (player creates account, deposits, and plays directly at the terminal). Kiosk System supports both models.

How does cash reconciliation work?

At end of day, each agent reconciles their cash drawer against the system's transaction log. Discrepancies are flagged for the master agent to review. Reports show daily cash flow per agent, per branch.

Can agents earn commissions?

Yes. Each agent can have a configurable commission structure — flat per-player, percentage of GGR, or tiered based on volume. Commissions calculate automatically and appear in payout reports.

Does Kiosk System work with cash-only markets?

Yes. While players can fund accounts via crypto or bank transfer, agents can process pure cash deposits and withdrawals at the kiosk terminal. The system tracks cash separately from electronic funds for compliance reporting.

How is this different from a normal back-office?

A normal back-office is built for direct-to-player operations. Kiosk System is built for agent-mediated operations — every action assumes an agent is between the platform and the player, with hierarchy, rollups, and cash workflows that map to that reality.
